Motor Vehicle collisions are the leading cause of death from unintentional injuries for those age 55-74.

As drivers mature, they must adapt to many technological innovations in the vehicles they drive and learn to compensate for the physical changes they experience. Coaching the Mature Driver was developed specifically to teach older drivers defensive driving techniques and help them adjust their driving styles as they age.

This course is approved by the State of Oregon for the Defensive Driving Discount.

  • Car phone safety usage

  • Adjusting for personal driving habits
  • Alcohol and its effects on the body
